Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Adults: Take one capsule twice a day with food. Increase to two capsules twice a day if required. Take before meals as an aperitif to stimulate the digestive juices. It can also be taken in between meals. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Your Flora Sensitive can be combined with other Living Nutrition products.
