Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Adults: Spray between 1 and 6 times, and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. 1 spray will deliver 200ug of Vitamin B12. Use up to 6 times daily, 6 sprays will deliver 1200ug.
