Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one teaspoon (5ml) daily. Can also be used in salad dressing. For external use, can be applied to the skin as part of a daily skincare routine and to hair as an excellent hair tonic.

Warnings

It’s possible that black seed oil can increase the effects of certain medication including beta-blockers such as metoprolol (Lopressor) and the blood thinner warfarin (Coumadin). If you take any prescription medications regularly, talk to your doctor before starting to take Black Seed Oil.
