Propolis contains tree resin, essential oils, waxes and bioflavonoids and wide variety of nutritional elements such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals. It is one of the richest sources of bioflavonoids. Ideal form of nutrition when unable to absorb through the gut. Suitable for vegetarians.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Directions: Take 1 to 3 measures under the tongue daily or as directed by a professional. 1 measure = 1/2 teaspoon (measure supplied).

More than 1000mg of Vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Long term intake of this amount of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Long term intakes of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. This product contains vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic.
