Directions & Storage

Directions: Unless otherwise advised, mix one level measuring spoon a day with a glass of water or juice, stir briefly and drink during or immediately after a meal. A measuring spoon is included (7.5g).

Should flatulence, a bloated feeling or diarrhoea occur, we recommend that the dose is decreased. Small amounts of glucose, fructose and sucrose may be present in this product as by-products of inulin and FOS.
