Directions & Storage

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Directions: Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass. Add 120-175 ml of water. Take the contents of one packet up to TWO times a day, with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications
