L-CARNITINE + GREEN TEA is a compound product that contains highly absorbed liquid L-Carnitine and concentrated Green Tea Extract in easy-to-swallow gel capsules. Directions: Single portion of the product wash down with approx. 300ml water. On workout days: 4 capsules 30 min. before workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably during the meal.
