Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Stir one cup (80g) of Flahavan's Organic Porridge Oats into 2 1/2 cups (550ml) of cold water/milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously. (Serves two)
