Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Once opened keep refrigerated
Directions: Adults and children aged 14+: 15ml (3 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 9 to 13 years: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children aged 5 to 8 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Shake bottle well before use. Do not take on an empty stomach – take with food. Mix into water, milk or yogurt, or take straight from a spoon. Large doses of vitamin C may, in some cases, be mildly acidic on the stomach. For those who may be particularly sensitive to vitamin C, it is recommended to divide the daily dose between morning and evening and dilute with liquid.
