Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Take 1 omega-3 capsule daily with food. For intensive support, up to 3 capsules daily can be taken short term. Consistent intake is recommended for optimal results. It takes a minimum of three months to alter omega-3 cellular membrane composition and feel the subsequent benefits.
