Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Adults: take one Super B-Complex tablet twice daily with food. Children aged 11 and over: take one tablet daily. Split dosing of vitamin B complex tablets is advised for optimal uptake and consistent intake is recommended for optimal results.
