Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Take one capsule twice a day with food. Capsules can be opened and added to drinks or smoothies or mixed into food. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Holy basil is best taken consistently over several weeks for the full benefits to take effect. You can take it on its own, or as an adaptogenic cocktail with other supportive herbs such as rhodiola, ashwagandha, turmeric and ginger.
