Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Adults: Take one capsule twice a day with food. Increase to two capsules twice a day if required. This product contains slippery elm and should be taken with a full glass of water for full benefit. The capsules can be opened and mixed with water. Avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients. Terrain can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including the Organic Fermented Herb formulas.
