Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Delicious with coconut water, nut mylk or blended into your favourite smoothie. Mix 2 tablespoons with approx. 300ml of nut mylk or what you fancy and enjoy! Shake it up if it settles! For a creamy texture, try adding nut butter or avocado. For best results take within an hour of exercise. 2-4 tablespoons (30g-60g) to be taken daily.
