Product Description

Natures Aid® Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Natures Aid® Liquid Vitamin D3 is sourced from lichen, and so is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Warnings

Vitamin D does have a potential for toxicity, so doses above 1000iu should not be taken long term without supervision. Younger adults or children may supplement up to 400iu daily. Vitamin D is contraindicated while taking warfarin and verapamil medications. 2500iu is for over 9 years only.
