Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: For best results, start Probio7 Restore the same day as your antibiotic course starts and continue for two weeks after. Take one capsule with a meal two to four hours after you have taken your antibiotic, the capsules can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink.
