Bromelain 2400 features high potency bromelain of 24000 GDU per gram. GDU’s (gelatin dissolving units) are a measure of the activity of bromelain and ensure strength. Each vegetarian capsule provides 500 mg of professional strength bromelain. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme.
