Directions: For home enema use. Bring 15g of herbs to a gentle simmer in 500ml water. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Cover, remove from the heat, cool. Strain well and add to the water to be used in the enema. Introduce the mixture and retain for as long as convenient to derive benefits.
