Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Stir the contents of a stick (corresponds to 2g) daily into half a glass of still water and let it soak for 10 minutes before drinking. Best taken before going to sleep at night or in the morning, at least half an hour before breakfast.
