People who have difficulty in digesting milk and dairy products may have an insufficiency in the enzyme lactase. This supplement contains a high level of Lactase enzyme, which can be taken with each main meal to help the breakdown of the milk sugar, lactose.

Lactase Enzyme – 30mg
Ingredients:
Bulking Agent (Brown Rice Flour), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Lactase Enzyme Powder, Maltodextrin.
Contains No:
Refined sugar, salt, starch, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Directions:
Take three capsules with a little cold liquid immediately before eating foods which contain milk and dairy.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
