Directions:  To obtain the beneficial effects, mix 1/2 serving (2 scoops) with 250 ml. of water or skimmed milk in a shaker cup and consume twice daily or mix 1 serving (4 scoops) with 500 ml. of water or skimmed milk in a blender and consume once daily.
