Thorne Oscap combines vitamins and minerals in a two capsule serving including: calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin B12 which combine to contribute to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. B12 also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Warnings

Long term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) and folinic acid are not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy, as they can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, they have not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate.
