Harvested by hand and cured in the traditional way, as it was when Grandfather Benjamin Ginsberg founded Rooibos over 100 years ago. The process takes place in the crisp air of the Cedarberg Mountains of South Africa's Cape. It requires great skill to know when the cure is at its peak.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Directions: 1. Use one rounded teaspoon per person and one for the teapot. 2. Add freshly boiled water and brew fro 2 - 4 minutes. 3. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste. 4. Delicious with or without milk. Also great with lemon, or as an iced tea with mint.
