Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Suitable for daily use for adults and children over 12 years. Take one capsule daily, ideally with food. If you are taking antibiotics: take two capsules daily, ideally with a meal. Continue for two weeks after you have finished your antibiotics.
