Directions:

Serving size: 2g (1 rounded teaspoon)
Add to juice or water or stir into food after cooking. To make a fruit smoothie, add to a blender 3 cups of your favorite fruit juice, 3 rounded teaspoons of Lifestream Barley Grass powder and 1 banana and blend until smooth (makes three servings). Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon daily with food. More can be taken as desired.
Children (5-15 years): A generous 1/2 teaspoon daily with food.
