Directions & Storage
Directions: Shake well. Mix 1/4 fl. oz (7.5ml or 1 1/2 tsp.) of the Pre-Mixed Liquid Minerals daily with your favourite juice, (orange, grapefruit or water) Test yourself frequently (at least weekly) to find which ones you need (or don't need) If needed, please add in 4 drops of #4, 3 drops of #8 and 3 drops of #9
