Directions & Storage

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Directions: Take 12-15 drops of Cascara Compound Drops in a little water or juice and 2 capsules of Psyllium Husk Capsules, 3 times a day, if possible with meals. Take one capsule of Bio Multi-flora once a day at any time. If desired, extra Cascara Compound Drops can be taken, up to 3 or 4 times the amount recommended above. You will probably only want to do this, if at all, for a small number of weeks.
