Directions: 1 capsule of Cascara Compound Capsules 3 times a day, usually with meals, plus one capsule of Bio Multi-flora a day at any time. To take the Psyllium Powder, stir a rounded teaspoon into a glass of water or juice and drink immediately - do not delay any longer than necessary. Follow up with another half glass of liquid. If desired, extra Cascara Compound Capsules can be taken, up to 3 or 4 with each meal. You will probably only want to do this, if at all, for a small number of weeks.
