Bionutri’s One a Day Fish Oil capsule contains 1200mg of fish oil providing 600mg of Omega 3 essential fatty acids DHA/EPA in a 5:1 ratio DHA to EPA in combination with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin E. The capsules are blister-packed to ensure their freshness right up to the point that they are taken.
