Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Additional Information: The beneficial bacteria are micro encapsulated (with a protective coating) and freeze dried to substantially improve stability and absorption. Therefore this product does not need to be kept in the fridge.
Directions: Mix a 3g level teaspoon of powder with a small glass of water once per day. Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach. Therefore an ideal time to take is just before going to sleep.
