Directions: Adults and children above the age of 10: two capsules per day or as directed by your physician. For children under the age of 10: one capsule per day or as directed by your physician. For sensitive individuals: Start with 1/4 a capsule with food, and slowly increase the dosage. Megasporebiotic may be used individually or as part of the Total Gut Restoration Protocol.
