Directions: How to drink it: For those who like pretty tart flavours, you’ll love drinking Ginger Switchel straight. But most ginger fans like to tame its fiery bite with soda water, tonic or sparkling water, or mix it into cocktails. To make a Ginger Switchel & Soda: Fill a tumbler full of ice. Mix 25ml Ginger Switchel with 125ml soda water (or sparkling water). Garnish with a wedge of ruby grapefruit and a rosemary sprig.
