Directions & Storage
Directions: Start with 5g a day (half a scoop) and gradually build up to a full scoop (10g) per day. Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your fibre flowing. Add it to smoothies. Stir it into yoghurt. Sprinkle on your morning muesli. This is a flavourless powder so you can easily dissolve it into food and hot or cold drinks.
