Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: Stir 2g daily (corresponds to 2 x the enclosed measuring spoon or a slightly heaped tea spoon) into half a glass of still water and allow this to soak for 10 minutes before drinking. Best taken before going to sleep at night or in the morning, at least half an hour before breakfast.
