Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: ProstaSol should be taken on an empty stomach at least two hours before or after eating a meal. As a general supplement, take 2 tablets twice a day (4 a day in total) - ideally before breakfast and dinner - or as advised by your health practitioner.
