Directions & Storage
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Directions: For muscular aches and pains: to be rubbed gently on the affected parts of skin as necessary (usually two to three times daily). For tension headache: rub a small amount onto the forehead or temples using a circular motion. Repeat 30 minutes and one hour after the initial application.
