Ingredients: Avena sativa (oat) 0.25ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 62% w/w, Humulus lupulus 0.04ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 86% w/w, Passiflora incarnata 0.075ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 86% w/w, Valeriana officinalis 0.3ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 43% w/w and Coffea tosta 60X 0.15ml.

Directions: For oral use only. Adults (over 18 years): 0.75ml to 1ml in a small amount of water, three times a day. To aid sleep: 1ml to 2ml in a small amount of water, half an hour before retiring to bed. The maximum daily dose is 5ml. Do not exceed the stated dose.
